At NutriPaw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
